JJC Smart Wrench is a drill floor tool providing a fast, safe and efficient method of spinning, make-up and breakout the drilling tubular joints. Designed with the end users value in mind, the tool is tough, dependable, compact, and easy to install, operate and maintain.

Comparing to the existing torqueing and spinning devices in the industry, taking the advantage of the patented self-energized gripping system and the patented continuous chain spinning system, JJC Smart Wrench significantly reduces the worn out and damage to the pipes and pipe joints under the routine spin, make-up and break-out operations, and also significantly improves the tripping time.

JJC SW10-D1 has been highly acknowledged by the industry. There are two ways to operate SW10-D1, by the driller’s console located in the driller’s house or by the telecontroller operated onboard the rig.
